گفتنی است؛ با توجه به هجوم هواداران و توریست‌ها به شهر پاریس جهت تماشای مسابقات و تشویق ورزشکاران کشورشان از یک طرف و از طرف دیگر وضع تدابیر شدید امنیتی در این شهر، ترافیک سنگینی را به وجود آورده که میزبان مطابق با استاندارد‌های میزبانی بازی‌های المپیک اقدام به راه‌اندازی این لاین در بزرگراه‌ها و خیابان‌ها کرد تا اعضای خانواده المپیک در کمترین زمان ممکن بتوانند به دهکده و ورزشگاه‌ها دسترسی پیدا کنند.
